Supreme Form of Seeking Forgiveness
O Allah, You are my Lord, there is none worthy of worship except You. You have created me and I am Your slave, and I am adhering to Your covenant and Your promise as much as I can. I seek refuge with You from the evil of what I do. I acknowledge Your blessing and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for there is none who can forgive sin except You

Narrated Shaddad bin Aus: The Prophet ﷺ said: The most supreme form of asking for forgiveness from Allah is: [Above dua]. The Prophet added: If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from the people of Paradise. - al-Bukhari, 6306, Abu Dawood, 5070, at-Tirmidhi, 3393 and an-Nasa'i, 5522 (Sahih)
